Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when my subscription ends?
If your Pro subscription lapses, you enter a 7-day grace period where the machine continues to work normally. After that, the licensed features switch off - branding, analytics, pricing and NFC cashless - and the machine keeps serving with the pumps and recipes you already have. Your recipes and data are never lost.
Can I upgrade from Community to Pro?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time from the Cloud Portal. Your existing recipes, settings, and data are preserved. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Is there a free trial?
The Community tier is free forever with up to 5 pumps. There is no expiry date. It does need a free account: a new machine serves drinks straight away and has 14 days to be activated with a free Community key from the Cloud Portal. If you need more pumps or advanced features, upgrade to Personal, Pro or Fleet.
How does NFC cashless work? What hardware do I need?
NFC cashless uses standard NFC wristbands or cards. Guests tap to pay at the kiosk, and staff top up wallets using the Cashier PWA in the browser of an NFC-equipped Android phone - no special hardware or app install required. It relies on the Web NFC API, which is not available on iOS. Available on Pro and Fleet licences.
What data is tracked in the analytics dashboard?
The Cloud Portal tracks real-time revenue, per-cocktail sales, cost and margin analysis, inventory levels across all machines, NFC transaction volumes, and daily/weekly/monthly trends. You can export everything as CSV for accounting.
How many machines can I manage with fleet management?
There is no limit on the number of machines. A licence is bound to one machine, so a Pro subscription covers one and a Fleet subscription covers up to 5, with extra machines at 39 EUR/mo each. You monitor all of them from a single Cloud Portal dashboard with real-time status, inventory levels, and analytics.
What happens if my internet goes down?
The machine continues to work offline. There is a configurable grace period (default 7 days) during which the license stays valid without connectivity, and ordering, recipes and production continue normally. NFC cashless payment is the exception: wallet balances are held in the cloud, so debiting a wristband needs the connection. Data syncs automatically when the connection is restored.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Community to Personal, Pro or Fleet at any time from the Cloud Portal. Downgrade is also possible - your data is always preserved. Plan changes take effect immediately.
What does the Fleet plan add over Pro?
Fleet is Pro across several machines rather than one. A Pro subscription covers a single machine; a Fleet subscription covers up to five on one licence, with extra machines added at 39 EUR/month each on the same invoice, and the whole fleet on one Cloud Portal dashboard. Every Pro capability - NFC cashless, cocktail pricing and margins, cloud analytics - applies to each machine.
