No cookies, no advertising trackers
This site uses no cookies and no advertising or cross-site trackers. No browsing data is shared with third parties, and nothing here is used for profiling.
Audience measurement
We measure traffic with Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across websites. It records only aggregated, anonymous data: page viewed, referrer, country, browser and device type. IP addresses are not stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how our site is used. Retention: up to 24 months, in aggregated form.
Data we collect
We only process the following data:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), company (optional) and the content of your message. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures. Purpose: answering your enquiry. Retention: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Server logs: IP address and request timestamps, collected by our hosting stack for security purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: up to 12 months.
Online demo
The public demo (demo.cocktail-o-matic.com) is a shared sandbox, automatically reset every hour. Do not enter any personal data: anything you create there is visible to other visitors and deleted at the next reset.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@cocktailomatic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, CNIL.
